Debbie started with Omni in 2004 in a marketing/consulting capacity and has served as Chief Financial Officer since 2009. She is responsible for all company financial and accounting practices, banking activities, lease documentation, and construction administration. Before joining Omni, Debbie’s background was in commercial real estate banking, where she financed land development and construction projects for both residential and commercial developers in a wide range of product types, including single-family attached and detached products, loft redevelopment, office, and industrial. Debbie graduated with a B.S. Degree in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Colorado at Boulder in 1984.
