Description:

Bella Vita Senior Living Phase II is one of three phases of the Bella Vita Senior Living campus. The development is set to compliment the other two phases (original Bella Vita Senior Living and Joliet Development) based upon the current needs of the community. The current design will add 40 units with podium garages next to the existing 8-story building.

Description:

Joliet is one of three phases of the Bella Vita Senior Living campus. This development is set to compliment the other two phases based upon the current needs of the community. The current design will add 18 flats with their own private garages and elevator.

The proposed development is located directly across S. Joliet St. from Bella Vita Phase I.
