Dennis Witte

Dennis started Omni Development Corp in 1984 with the business strategy of buying commercial real estate (CRE) at low cost, make impovements to reposition properties and increase property values, while focusing on tenant's needs and sharing the value with all stakeholders.  Dennis graduated from Kearney State College in 1974 (BS degree).  He started his CRE career in Denver through positions in the construction, development and property management industries. Dennis recieved his Colorado Real Estate Brokers License in 1982 as well as his Class A General Contractors License in 1984.
