Small Business Lease Activity Picks up in NE Denver

2 Leases Totaling 11,317sf Inked at Northfield Business Center

Small business economic recovery may be underway in North East Denver as exemplified by two recent leases at Northfield Business Center (NBC)- 12000 E 47th Ave.  Udi's Healthy Foods LLC took occupancy of 7,604sf on 12/1/10 from landlord Omni Development Corp.  Omni provided turnkey tenant finish renovation for Udi's which included cubicle work stations and new IT infrastructure.  On 3/1/11 Swisslog agreed to lease terms and took occupancy on 3,505sf also at NBC to locate a new medical device sales business unit.  Again Omni provided turnkey tenant finish which included cubicle work stations and new IT infrastructure.

Northfield Business Center has been attracting small business attention due to recent property investments by Omni.  NBC features striking new exterior paint and signage, common area conference room and work-out room with showered restrooms, and ample parking, while its I-70 & Peoria Street location offers convenient access to DIA, Downtown Denver and Aurora.
