<p>FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE</p>
<p>On 2/15/11 Haag Engineering of Irving TX, occupied nearly 1,000sf of office space at Northfield Business Center (NBC) - 12000 E 47th Ave, for a new Colorado office. &nbsp;The multi-year lease included turnkey tenant finish and office furniture. &nbsp;SellState AllPro Realty, a residential brokerage firm also took occupancy of new office space in NBC's Suite 118 on 3/1/11. &nbsp;</p>
<p>Omni has attracted over 15,000sf of new leases since 12/1/10, which brings NBC's current occupancy to 93%. &nbsp;Omni prinicple Dennis Witte remarked "it would seem that small business is in a recovery mode, at least in North East Denver!" &nbsp;Northfield Business Center features new exterior paint and signage, common area break/conference room, work-out room with showered restrooms, Denver Enterprise Zone Tenant tax incentives, and ample parking, with it's I-70 &amp; Peoria Street location offering easy access to DIA and Downtown Denver and Aurora.</p>

<p>Small business economic recovery may be underway in North East Denver as exemplified by two recent leases at Northfield Business Center (NBC)- 12000 E 47th Ave. &nbsp;Udi's Healthy Foods LLC took occupancy of 7,604sf on 12/1/10 from landlord Omni Development Corp. &nbsp;Omni provided turnkey tenant finish renovation for Udi's which included cubicle work stations and new IT infrastructure. &nbsp;On 3/1/11&nbsp;Swisslog agreed to lease terms and took occupancy on 3,505sf also at NBC to locate a new medical device sales business unit. &nbsp;Again Omni provided turnkey tenant finish which included cubicle work stations and new IT infrastructure.</p>
<p>Udi's Devin Anderson remarked "We are very pleased with our experience dealing with Omni. They committed to a very aggressive time frame and frankly, we were skeptical they could meet the date! &nbsp;But they did and Omni exceeded all our expectations! &nbsp;We are very happy in our new office."</p>
