Omni Development Corporation is a locally-owned and operated real estate development, property management, and investment company focused on creating high-quality, customized tenant experiences for our office and residential customers. We currently own and manage properties in Englewood and Aurora, Colorado, but have developed and sold properties throughout the Denver metro area.

Omni Development was started by Dennis Witte in 1989 with a focus on ground-up development and value-add transactions. Our mission centers around striving to create exceptional spaces and providing five-star service through responsiveness, creative solutions and tenacity.
