Nicole Russell has served as Community Manager at Bella Vita Senior Living since April 2023. She oversees the daily operations of the 55+ independent living community, focusing on resident satisfaction, regulatory compliance, and overall community performance. Nicole began her career in healthcare as a Certified Nursing Assistant and later completed nursing-focused coursework before earning her Assisted Living Administrator Certificate. Prior to joining Bella Vita, she specialized in launching new communities and revitalizing underperforming properties, including implementing state-approved dementia care programs. Nicole is dedicated to fostering a supportive, resident-centered environment through strong leadership and operational excellence.
