Jesse started his career co-founding a successful healthcare startup in 2004 with a subsequent sale in 2013.  Looking for a new challenge he transitioned to the real estate world specializing in residential development.  Since then, he has closed over $150MM in land acquisition transactions which resulted in over 1,200 homes of development in the Denver and Kansas City areas. Jesse’s focus with Omni is bolstering and overseeing Omni’s portfolio of ground-up and value-add real estate developments.  Jesse graduated with a B.S. Degree in Business Administration and Entrepreneurial studies from the University of Southern California (USC) 2004.
