Jim has been with Omni since 2009. He is responsible for all aspects of Omni’s properties, including the construction of tenant finish buildouts, (budgeting, construction scheduling, etc.), all common area building improvements and maintenance, including digital HVAC controls and initial CAD design for potential tenants. Jim plays a significant part in the leasing of space for tenants with his quick turnaround of initial CAD design/space planning, contributing to Omni’s responsiveness and flexibility in providing creative solutions and meeting the needs of prospective tenants. He is NATE certified as well as a licensed Class A General Contractor. Before working for Omni, Jim was Operations Manager for Stock Building Supply for 20 years.
